This Summer's Must-Have Eye Shadow Palette

Its become apparent that somebody may seem a little bit obsessed with Morphe products on my blog... BUT I couldn't stop myself dedicating this next post to the beautiful palette that I picked up about a month ago.

This Morphe eyeshadow palette ooze's all things summer, filled with perfect shades for this year's colour trends of rustic maroons and oranges. I find myself using this ALL the time! The palette is a perfect combination of matte and shimmery shades, which are one, SO highly pigmented and SO easy to blend out.

And the price, well... Let me tell you, its around half the price you'd expect to pay for a Mac Palette. At a price tag of only £11.95 this product has been highly rated across the whole internet.

Im quite a basic girl who usually
sticks to the same products years
on end however recently I've
found myself purchasing product
after product from Morphe.

This summer I've seen many
muted/neutral eye looks but
surprisingly hardly any dark
and sultry...
I love experimenting and felt this
was the perfect 'Smokey eye' for
summer..

I admit it could potentially look
a little 'OTT' for a day look
however for holiday and a summer evening out, this is something special

I paired this smokey eye with a medium brown lip kit from NYX cosmetics, I felt this tied the whole look together perfectly. I decided to also stick to a very natural looking fake eyelash, this being the Demi Wispy lashes by Ardell.

For such a reasonable price, I couldn't help purchasing this beauty and It's yet to disappoint. I feel as though this makeup will look beautiful paired with a nude suede midi dress or leather skirt. To anybody who's searching for a highly pigmented eye-shadow palette, who's also on a small budget, then this kit's going to be your best friend. I purchased this from beautybay and just below I'll leave the direct link..

Clear Face, Clear Mind

One thing Im always willing to spend a substantial amount of money on is Skincare products. I realise the importance of restoring and replenishing our skin as its the largest organ in our body and I know sometimes our skin can be left looking slightly dull.

I've never really suffered with 'bad' skin, however throughout my teenage years i've definitely felt the strain of unpleasant, uneven bumps and spots around my cheeks.
Growing up my mother was always over the top with applying sun creams and moisturisers to protect my sensitive skin against the sun, as it was always something she was unable to do when she was young.

So for every christmas since age 15, I have always received beautifully gift wrapped moisturises and skin care kits.

One brand I utterly cherish is Liz Earle, a naturally active Skincare Great British beauty brand who specialises in harnessing every skin type. They use natural ingredients which leaves your skin only craving more.
Its no secret that Liz Earle is a well respected company. Their products, from their packaging to even their 'in store' experience seriously does not disappoint.

Now being a student, I understand
being on a tight budget, however
its important to highlight that Liz
Earle have a wide variety of different
sizes and products to fit every
individual.
For £25 you can grab your hands on
their  'Essentials Try-me kit' which
is the perfect size for travelling around
with. Within the beautifully tailored
turquoise box is 5 items, 4 of which are
products, one of which is a face cloth.

The 4 products you receive are: Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser (50ml), Skin Repair Moisturiser- Dry/sensitive (15ml), Instant Boost Skin Tonic (50ml) and Eyebright Smoothing
Lotion (50ml).

My absolute favourite of the bunch is their signature moisturiser. The texture & smell is by far the best thing about it all. It glides on the skin like a treat which leaves your skin looking incredibly healthy restoring your skins natural glow

For anybody who's looking to stock up this summer I definitely recommend saving your extra pennies and splashing out on this kit, its the perfect starter kit for Liz Earle newbies.
I have filmed a 'Current Skincare Routine' which will be going live on my Youtube Channel on Wednesday 3rd of August where you can see me using these products in action!

I hope you guys enjoyed this post,
Lots of love

Essential Brushes You Need For Your Make-Up Bag

Me being me, finds myself constantly scouring the internet for the latest beauty related products, especially when it comes to researching makeup brushes. Beauty brushes have taken the internet by storm this past year, leaving us with SO much choice, perhaps a little too much.. With prices ranging from as little as £2.99 to a staggering £250 +. For little old me who's dedicated her whole entire summer to growing her youtube channel these prices are out of the question.

So I always make it a quest of mine to research into affordable products which are both found online or in store. A big proportion of those being, high street (drug store) are
always the top of my list, for convenience. However websites such as Beauty Bay, Feel Unique & Cult Beauty make it as simple & convenient as possible.

Call me old fashioned (as of this year) but I find myself longing for a Simple hand held fluffy brush, unlike the new outburst
of Artis face brushes this year, which I agree do look amazing.

Morphe, an exceptionally well established beauty phenomena has clearly taken the
makeup industry by storm, creating some of the most Pigmented, Expensive looking & Creative products, which are aimed at both makeup enthusiasts and practitioners.

I came across this beautiful set last week whilst browsing on BeautyBay.com where I fell in love with each individual brush. These are the 706 12 Piece Black and White Travel Set which states to 'guarantee a flawless complexion', which couldn't be more true! I have extremely creased eyelids as I have hooded eyes which makes it (in my opinion) a lot harder to work in eyeshadows around the eye.
These brushes range from smaller to larger heads and include a few contour brushes for your cheekbones also, they will be the perfect brushes to whisk away with myself on holiday this September!

I hope you guys enjoy the photographs I've taken of them around my bedroom, they are so beautiful!

Lots of love
